As the years unfolded between 2015 and 2023, we listened. We observed the evolving desires of both locals and travelers in Nusa Dua. We recognized a yearning for a destination that offered not just a meal, but a complete experience – a curated collection of high-quality cuisines in an inviting setting. This realization sparked the vision for The Bay Bali. It wasn't about erasing the past, but building upon it, learning from each experience to create something truly exceptional. We envisioned a place where families could gather, where celebrations could unfold, and where the simple act of sharing a meal could become a cherished memory.

The Bay Bali Opens: A Collection of Beginnings (2015)

When The Bay Bali first opened its doors in 2015, it brought together a diverse range of dining experiences, including the lively Agendaz, the relaxed Venus, the seafood-focused Ocean Star, the varied tastes of Hong Xing, the casual Surf and Turf, and the adventurous Pirates Bay. Bebek Bengil was also part of this initial collection. Since then, from 2016 to 2025, we have continued to make thoughtful tweaks and additions to our offerings, carefully curating a beautiful cacophony of restaurants and experiences.
